Dance Anatomy at Artists en Pointe Dance Studio

PAMANA PH was invited by Artists En Pointe Dance Studio for their second Info Talk of the year, "Dance Anatomy: The Dancer's Alphabet." Led by Dr. Ria Mikhaella Panis—a dancer and rehabilitation medicine physician—the session explored the biomechanics of ballet, focusing on the muscles and joints engaged in various movements. The talk provided valuable insights into proper dancer stance, common mistakes in movement and posture, and techniques for injury prevention, making it beneficial for dancers of all ages, as well as their parents and teachers.
